Ironminds

Jeno has signed up for an ironman in Lake Placid. Until we talked about it this morning over coffee, I had not realized, truly pictured, what was implied. We’re talking over 12 hours of physical effort. 4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42 km run. It boggles my mind. I salute the crazies who sign up for, train for and accomplish something like that. I admire you. I think you’re crazy but I admire you.
